DAVID JAFFE LEAVING EAT SLEEP PLAY AMIDST LAYOFFS
Confirmed by his Twitter account today, David Jaffe is indeed leaving Eat Sleep Play to start his own company after Twisted Metal is released and a few months beyond to take care of balancing and bug fixes. Jaffe also confirmed that Eat Sleep Play has laid off an “undisclosed” number of staff as well.
The Salt Lake City Tribune reported this morning that Eat Sleep Play will shift towards iPhone and iPad development. Twisted Metal is set to release this next week on February 14.
